I've been going at 6am almost every day since January, and it's hard for me to imagine sticking to anything that long at that hour, unless it were great! The key is that Raphael has put together a well thought out program that changes every day and every week. I would never spend the time to change up the exercises so that I work every muscle in different ways. I wouldn't be so efficient either. It's worth the money, no question.
