I AM WRITING THIS JUST TO SHOW HOW PATHETIC THESE PEOPLE ARE. I USUALLY PAY MY PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AND I CALLED A FEW WEEKS AGO AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR LIKE 10 MINUTES THERE WERE NO APOLOGIES FOR THE WAIT AND THEY ACTED AS IF I WAS INCONVENIENCING THEM. WHEN I WENT ON MATERNITY LEAVE LAST YEAR I ASKED IF THERE WAS A WAY THAT I COULD SKIP A MONTH OF PAYMENT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IF MY PAYMENT WASNT PAID I WOULD HAVE 20 DAYS TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OR THEY WOULD COME AND REPOSESS MY CAR. ITS NOT LIKE I HAVE EVER BEEN LATE ON A PAYMENT. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY. THE BOX IN MY CAR WENT DEAD SO I WAS INCONVENIENCED TO HAVE TO GO HAVE A NEW ONE PUT IN MY CAR. I PAY A LARGE AMOUNT A MONTH FOR MY CAR AND ONLY LIKE 1/3 OF THE PAYMENTS I MAKE ACTUALLY GO TOWARDS MY PAYMENT THE REST IN INTEREST. I'M PAYING MORE IN INTEREST THAN I AM FOR THE CAR. THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY NEED TO STOP ACTING LIKE YOU ARE A BAD PERSON BECAUSE THEY MAY BE THE ONLY OPTION FOR YOU TO HAVE A VEHICLE. PERSONALLY ID RATHER WALK OR TAKE THE TARTA. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK UP AT THE FRONT ACT LIKE THEY ARE THERE TO MINGLE WITH EACH OTHER RATHER THAN TAKING PEOPLES MONEY. THEY GET MAD AND GIVE YOU LOOKS IF YOU EVEN STEP FOOT IN THEIR OFFICE.
