Had a freezer that was not keeping internal temperature low enough. Called ""Just Right"" at 9 PM. Joe D., the owner answered from his home phone. Sounded like he was relaxing in an easy chair. Talked me through how to check several things. Explained several items to me about how it worked. Spoke to me for about 15 minutes, all for no charge. He did not know me at all. This was the first time I called him.
