Very poor customer service. Originally I spent about an hour setting up an insurance policy only to have them call me back the next day and tell me that the policy would cost more due to a mistake on their part. It was a clear bait and switch tactic, but at the time I was not paying attention and accepted the policy change. I should have known right there what type of operation I was working with.
Cons: Horrible customer service, rates not competitive
