My son had an appt with Dr. Haas on the 28th of June. We were called a few days before hand and told he had to change the time because he had something come up. Our appt was set for 2 pm we arrived at 1:50 and waited until 2:30 when I let his asst. know that we were leaving because I had something else to do. I got my insurance and he charged me/them $325. His explanation is that we were paying for his time. Is that not ridiculous? As if I had nothing better to do than sit there and wait and not be acknowledged by him. He's arrogant and short. I woudn't recommend him at all. The young lady who answers the phone is nice enough and she unfortunately has to take the brunt of the abuse from people who call about him. It is beyond ridiculous to expect a client to wait 30 minutes or more for an appt. BEWARE DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS. I only gave a star because I had to choose at least one had it been up to me it would have been a negative amount of stars.
Cons: Arrogant, doesn't keep scheduled appts., rude, poor parking and charged for services not rendered. Shall I continue??
