Southampton Video advertises and promotes Four Days, Four Dollars for their movies. I rented four movies on a Friday night. Four days would make the return day Tuesday. I returned them Tuesday morning and was charged a $4.24 late charge. Never once was I informed that the movies were due back Monday night. They pointed out the small sign by the exit, which in a crowded store was very hard to see that it is actually three nights. They should have stated when the movies were due back when I paid for them. The manager was also very rude about it, saying I should have read the sign and too bad. Pros: large store Cons: Poor customer service, does not state when movies are due back at time of rental. more
