I went here this for a Friday night dinner with a group of six. I have to say that I haven't had a dining experience like this in quite a while. (I would definately recommendgoing with a large group of people, going as a couple would be a little overwhelming for this is a fun and interactive dinner.) The salad bar was great, everything from cheeses to prosciutto to heart of palm. There was an unlimited supply of sides that get replenished through out the meal. The extensive wine list was very impressive. Then there were the disks-RED for ' Stop, I'm STUFFED!' and green = Bring on the meat! The gauchos come with their sizzling screws of meat and carve it tableside according to your preference, not rare enough? They will go back and specifially grill some up for you. If you don't see the cut that you want, you can request it and within minutes there will be a smiling gaucho at your side! The only down side that we encountered, was that my boyfriend accidently had a slice of meat bounce off the table onto his shirt while, being served. Immediately there was a shout wipe provided and the manager rushed out with several options as to how they were going ot handle the situation. He offered to pay for the dry cleaning with cash- he gave him his business card, stating that if the stain doesn't come out he will replace the shirt. Although it was a little set back in our dining experince, the level of customer service was impeccable more then enough to accomodate the incident, handled, I must say, better then some of the best fine dining establishments here in town. I wouldn't recommend it for people who want uninterrupted alone time, bc here's its you and about 15 gauchos! Now that's customer service! Two thumbs up from this girl.
