Initial contact was delightful. Prompt response to dropping off the storage containers. Once my items had been taken, and I want to schedule drop off, I rarely had a return call. Once I reached the owner, there was one excuse after another as to why I could not be accomodated. After many months of trying, I still have not received my items. There were issues with their billing, I guess that is an excuse for not returning property. I would not use this company if you value your personal property.
Pros: Drop off containers made it convenient.
Cons: Could not get to your items easily.
