The first time my husband and I went to Ted's we had great buffalo burgers, very tasty, but the fries looked like they were from the bottom of the barrell and very greasy. But, since the burgers were so good, we decided to go back again. This time, our experience was horrible! My husband ordered the short ribs and I ordered the buffalo meatloaf. All of our food came out cold, the meat, the beans, everything. My husband isn't too fussy so he decided to just eat his food but I could not eat cold meat or beans so I told the waiter. He was very appologetic and said he'd get me a new plate. Well, the ""new plate"" was a bowl of new beans (hot this time) and a slab of meatloaf (no gravy on it) in a bowl as well. And guess what, the new meatloaf was the exact same temp as the last time...ughh!! I didn't complain again, just ate what I could and got our check. The waiter was gracious enough to take my meal off the bill. Not sure if we'll be back. Very dissappointed!
