I think iceberg lettuce stinks compared to fresh baby spinach. That's one of the reasons Fourleaf is so great--you can have any salad made with spinach (or other greens). The combinations of flavors that they've come up with are also great--sometimes I forget I'm eating a salad. And their Southwest Ranch salad dressing has excellent flavor if you want to spice things up a bit.
