Just Horrible! The truck was waiting for me to park while I went into my daughters appartment to pick up my granddaughter. Withing seconds the neighbors were beating on the door to let us know. The truck had been waiting on the street and as soon as I got out he pulled up and started to load up my car. My purse and everything was in the car. I called immediately and they refused to bring it back. I got there shortly after he did and the gate was open when I got there. I went inside to check on my belongings and he locked me in the compound. I had to get the police to get out. I was still charged the money and am planning on taking it to court and filing a suit. I am also taking it to the Norfolk City Council, this should be banned! I was not in my daughters appartment for more than 2 minutes and was on my way out to put the sticker in the car.
Pros: Absoulutely none!
Cons: They stole my car and locked me in the compound until the police arrived.
