Jeff is truly awesome! He knows exactly how hard to push without making the workout unejoyable. It's private but very relaxed so you can go at your own pace and comfort level. I have lost so many inches since working out with Jeff I am actually not weighing myself anymore! I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to lose inches and gain muscle tone.
