Worst customer service 7/16/2007

After PSE had turned off the gas because a gas leak in my stove I called NW home appliance and explained the situation and they said that they could come out and fix the stove so PSE would turn the gas back on. The owner came out to my house and barely walked in and said nope I can't fix the stove with the gas shut off. He didn't even try to take a look at the stove at loose pieces or anything. He just billed me 100.00 and turned around and left. Cons: expensive, rude more
