Living in River Place apartments was the worse experience I've ever had in my life. The neighbors above had a dog too big for the apartment that kept us up most nights. When we moved in, River Place had an officer that would come an hour after the complaint was called in, just when you dosed off again, to see if you still wanted to issue a complaint against your neighbor. Now, you have to wait until the morning to file a complaint. If you can sleep through loud neighbors, there's a train track across the road that has trains running through all night. Close enough to shake the apartments. When we moved into our new house, we got a bill from river place for $150.00 for 3 bags for good will. STAY AWAY! You will be disappointed.
Pros: close to restaurants
Cons: bad management. can not keep maintenance problems fixed. ask about back gate.
