Not only is it located super conveniently in relation to where I work but they do an awesome job on my little doggy!! The people that work here are also sweet, sweet, sweet. Not just to me as a customer but of course to Nieman (our dog) as well. Jeanne is the best pet handler ever, she is so sweet and patient, she truly loves animals of all kind. They fluff Nieman up just right and he smells nice and clean for weeks (which is quite a feat). They always remember him and me and although a little bit pricey for the bath alone (nearly the same as bath and cut) it's worth it. I won't take him anywhere else because I know they will treat him sweetly and they do what I ask for him.
Pros: Taking my dog whenever I call. Only rarely (VERY RARELY) do I have to make an appointment.
Cons: A little bit high for my modest budget.
