If you need a part --hard to find, or not-- quickly, this is the place you need to go. The Customer Service staff are very friendly and knowledgable. They will hunt something down for you and keep you posted as they do so. They are very competitively priced. I have had to return a part (example--i ordered the wrong ice maker for my fridge) and received absolutely NO hassle. I just got through picking up a ceramic top for my wWhirlpool range that got shattered while I was on vacation. One call later, it was in "Will Call" and waiting for me!
