I purchased a three thousand dollar pellet stove from El Dorado Hills Spa and Fireplace. Once I received the pellet stove several months later it had a scratch in the glass. I called and the glass was supposed to be replaced. The glass was never ordered and never replaced. Then the blower broke a month after using it. The repair man came out several times reluctantly and replaced the blower twice. Then it broke again and the owner did not want to repair it. He started yelling and being rude over the phone. I had several conversations with him because it was still under warranty and he didn't want to fix it. I would never purchase anything here again. My stove is still broken and now out of warranty because they would not fix it while it was still under warranty. I have complained to the manufacture as well.
