I wish I could afford to change service, this has been a terrible experience. I feel we were mislead by the sale person. Sure perhaps I did not ask the right question correctly, but they sure danced around our questions now that I know more.
Things like this. We were leaving Bell South because of poor service. Whent he truck pulled up to install our T1 - it was a Bell South truck and a Bell South T1. They still have not after a month completed some final wiring. The Bell South T! works great, its not theirs.
Same with cell service it is Sprint and we were told it was Verizon and it would not create any issues for us to transfer. This is a huge issue for us now-Sprint can not transfer our information, nor give us a seamless service like Verizon was. Only one person in their whole organization has been helpful. Be Cautious when using them
