could overlook the experience with the "fortune teller" massage therapist whose phone goes off in the middle of the massage with a ring tone of "I believe I can fly", but can't overlook the experience with rude management on a different visit.
I will not bore you with the details, I will only say that there is nothing more frustrating then rude management with 0 customer service skills but thinks differently, is quick to point fault and accusations (without knowing the facts) and making oneself look so wonderful because they were not charging for cancelling the appointment . Spare me! The reason the appt had to be cancelled was because the massage therapist was going to be late. NOT a customer cancelling. Massage Envy was going to be late. Anyway, enough of this.
I am not trying to sway anyone either way, this company will be in business just because I am sure they have approx. 70% of the massage population. I just know that I will not recommend this franchise to anyone personally nor will I spend anymore of my hard earned money at a place that does not demonstrate that you the customer is valued.
