They are the best in KC! Smokehouse has the best cheesy corn, the beans are delicious and their brisket is to die for. Some people prefer Aurthur Bryant's which is excellent too for those time when you want pure sloppy bbq. Which is good to have on an occasion. But if you want less mess, then Smokehouse is for you. See all those other resturants that boast KC bbq ain't in KC. lmao like Fiorella's Jack Stack, they are in JOHNSON COUNTY where the snobs live, and sorry but OVERLAND PARK, KS ain't KANSAS CITY, MO. Restuarants like that are trying to capitalize on the success of real bbq. Sorry Jack Stack close but no cigar!
Pros: Awesome food!
Cons: Sometimes a little too smoky from the bbq pits, but it's worth it!
