The Highlander Pub and Restaurant in Maple Grove has all the amenities. The food is spectacular. The steaks are always done to perfection and taste great. I also highly recommend the Blackened Shrimp Salad. It is loaded with 3/4 lb. of delicious, juicy shrimp. The service is excellent ,and the servers are always courteous and attend to customers' wishes. During the winter the inside is cozy with a fireplace and pub atmosphere. The real secret, though, is the outdoor terrace in the summer. The view is one of the best in the Twin Cities area, and the food quality and service remain the same. This restaurant is the best kept secret in Maple Grove dining.
