Worst Customer Service Ever - Longest Ever Delivery Time 6/14/2007

I placed a sizable order for patio furniture with the promise of 4 weeks delivery time. It took over 12 weeks and I still didn't get everything I ordered. What's worse they lied to me and told me that my full order was being delivered. During the entire 12 weeks not once did anyone from The Patio Factory ever proactively call me to tell me there was going to be a problem with delivery. I had to repeatedly call them every week and each time for over 8 weeks they told me my furniture would be coming the next 1-2 weeks. After finally getting furious with them, they told me to be patient because there were over 30 other customers that had been waiting even longer than me. The final insult was that they told me I could just cancel the order, but I'd have to pay 25% fee. Can you imagine being given a complete runaround like this and then being told that I'd have still have to pay them something for nothing?!!!! Worst ever. Would not ever, ever buy from them again. Pros: None Cons: Worst customer service ever; very poor delivery times more
