I recently booked plane tickets with Margaret Yarnell in the Redding office. Not only did she book the tickets on the wrong day (she made booked a day ahead of scheduled flight) i had to pay $200 out of pocket to get on the correct flight. Called her to let her know what happened and she basically said oh well sorry you signed papers so its your fault. Did not pay back one penny and was rude! come to find out she has screwed up a friend of mines cruise also and did not do anything to fix it. This company obviously does not value the customer!!!!
