I had the most horrible experience in my life at this place. My wife and I went for some gelatos. As usual, the line was long. We waited it out and we ordered separate cups. We came across a coupon lately, so I presented the coupon and told him that I had the coupon before he punched in the numbers at the register. He ignored what I said (and I said in a clearly audible voice) and punched in the numbers. Then right after the punching, he looked at me and told me ""You showed me the coupon too late and screwed up the machine!"" What? Late? Screw up? I was shocked, but I did not want to ruin a good night out with my wife. So, I told him that I would pay in full this time and maybe use the coupon next time. He was very much fixated on the fact that I showed him the coupon too late. I repeated myself. Still, he accused me of showing the coupon late and that I screwed up the total. I had to say something at this point, so I told him that I clearly showed and said that I had a coupon. He then shouted at me ""No, that's not going to work! You get out of the store! Get out of the store!"" and threw the coupon at me. What is his problem? I told him that he\r
should not treat a customer in such a manner. His voice grew louder and more agitated ""I don't want you to come back to the store! Get out of the store! I will call the police!"" At this moment, I was thinking of the soup n*** episode in the Seinfeld series. I told him to please call the police, but he never got close to the phone. I told him that I'd rather pay for the gelatos. He shouted ""You want to pay, so then pay!"" He took my 20 dollar bill and threw the change at me and repeated that I should leave. I think he needs an anger management or customers relationship class. For those attempting to use a coupon, be aware and let it be known that you have been chosen to carry the coupon as soon as you step in the store. As for me, I will not go to the place anymore other than maybe tip him for the classes he desperately needs.
Cons: The owner and his problems.
