Make no mistake, Carl's has the best Philly cheese steak in NYC. If you are into Jim's of South Street in Philly, this is as close as you are going to get in the big apple. Sometimes I sit around just dreaming of my next Carl's cheese steaks and the cab ride there and back are certainly cheaper and faster than going all the way to Philly. While your there, have a chat with the always friendly staff as a good cheese steak takes a moment to prepare. Try the Carl's at Yankee's stadium too.\r
