I found a futon frame that I wanted & asked for a price, since I already had the futon & only needed the frame. I waited for 20 minutes as the man looked it up in a book & told me he could order it for me for $130. I said "wow- that's great! Only $130?" He told me yes, so I had him order it. Two weeks later I get a call that it's in, so I go to pay & pick it up. The same man then tells me the total will be $384. I reminded him that he had told me $130, to which he replied "Lady there ain't no way I would have told you that." My fiance, who also heard him quote the price before it was ordered, told him he most certainly had. He began to get belligerent about having to order the futon & us not buying it. He treated us like CRAP & I would sooner BUILD my furniture than give him any business!
