It is a shame that nurses, doctors and assistants treat patient the way they do. Kevin the head nurse in the ER don't know how to work and he forget that patient are human not a so call furniture or think in the ER. Those people go to the hospital because their are sick not because the want it. I went to that hospital because I was sick and what I found was lazy much and so call nurses and doctors that they prefer sit down that to take care a sick person. Constantly drinking Cuban coffee, talking walking but nothing accomplish. Remind those people that if was not because sick people the don't even have a job. I need help going to the bathroom but Kevin wants that I hold it because he was to busy drinking coffee or talking or filling to paper but no patient to see. Patient screaming about pain, old guy with althermier diseases bleeding from his catheter and no one to help him. Restroom dirty. Was the 7 long hours of my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE IS THE WORSE HOSPIT
