I had my car towed to their shop after breaking down at work. I spoke to what seemed to be a very nice and competent gentleman. I explained the issue, my car was running fine and all of the sudden just wouldn't start. They looked at it that same day and called me. They told me it was a fuel sensor that needed to be replaced, but while they were looking they found my rear axle was about to break. No problem, I was happy to have it back up and running and the price was pretty reasonable.I got home ok, but the next day I tried to start it to go to work and guess what? It wouldn't start!I called Bitterlings and was told it sounded like the fuel pump needed to be replaced-mind you, this is the SAME issue I was having when I originally called them. They told me they would come get it (free tow this time) but I would need to pay more money for the problem they told me they fixed!The worst of it all was that they treated me like I was stupid and never even apologized.I will NEVER use their ser
