the veterinarian and techs were knowledgable and helpful. they were very accomodating. I went in for a yearly check up with my dog. The vet answered all the questions that I had was gentle with my dog. He explained all options with heartworm medicines available. He also gave plenty of treats to the dog in order to make friends with it.
