I have lived in Tinley Park for the past 30 years and this is by far the best pizza in the South Suburbs bar none. The crust is so thin it's hard to imagine it holding all the outstanding toppings they have to offer and yes that I have tried all of them over all the past years. Whenever we have a company function the first food item voted for are family size pizzas from Ed & Joe's, and we normally order at least 20-22 pizzas with at least 2-3 different combination of toppings and they are GONE in 15 minutes. It's just that GOOD!!!!
