I am a daily Starbucks patron and have been to Starbucks in over 30 states...after two visits to this Starbucks it is apparent that ""hustle"" is not a name of the game. If the cashiers would spend less time slacking, talking and gossiping, they wouldn't risk losing customers in the 20-deep line nor irritate patient customers who have to hear their inane gossip while both of them attend to the food in the microwave, which obviously requires the ""talents"" of just one barista. Come on!!! It is 8:30 a.m. on a weekday morning...business people want to get their items and get on their way. Step it up! Pros: Good quality food and drink product, as always Cons: Staff way to chit-chatty amongst themselves...don't plan on hustle or quick service at the busy rush hour time...slackers at the registers more
