Kielty's is Waterford's gem. It is the Emerald Isle afterall. Waterford is quickly becoming popular among up-and-comings as well. This restaurant and bar is quaint, but the food will never let you down. And let me tell you, I am a self-proclaimed and deemed by others as a ""food snob"". If you want some good greasy food, go here. The best burger, the best grilled cheese you ever had, and the best fish and chips in the capital region, easy, are found at Kieltys. The beer on tap always tastes great (they must clean their taps out, as that can be a problem in so many bars). Order a Smithwicks and enjoy... the service is always prompt and they are always so friendly. A+ in my book.
