Poor Leadership, Zero Customer Service 6/15/2007

I called two days ago and talked to the owner Steve, I made arrangements to bring my truck in for the weekend for routine maintenence. On Friday morning I called again to confirm and to get an estimate of what the charges might be. Several hours later, afetr not receiving a return call, I called Steve back. Not only had he not considered my estimate request, but he excused himself by stating other customers were leaving town and ""needed"" his attention. Moreover, he had lacked the foresight to staff for the busy weekend. I, a regular customer and one that was a ""sure thing"" for the weekend could wait. I needed the estimate, so I asked him for a nearby store that might give me an estimate; my intention was to still bring my truck in to Steve's location which happens to be very close to my home. Steve denied having any contacts. i reminded him that I have been there when he or his staff has called associates in the past. At this point I was simply called a liar! Unbelievable. My recommendation is to never go there or even slow down going by it. Pros: In dooe waiting area Cons: Poor management, zero customer service, zero integrity, poor attitude and zero community goodwill more
