Minji's Pho is NOT a large franchise that cares more about the numbers than the customers. They LOVE to cater to their customers. Ask for it and they'll try to do what they can. Also, they seem really enjoy their customers,they seem like would rather have a conversation and make friends than just have customers. They try to create a friendly environment for their customers and work hard to try to keep Minji's Pho above the rest in customer service and in cleanliness (a big downside of most family owned Pho restaurants). Also, there is no overzealous use of MSG, which is a big thing for me.
