You haven't had brunch until you've had it Santa Fe style at the Guadalupe Cafe. They offer the best local flavors like blue corn pancakes and, of course, creative use of green chile. I don't even like eggs benedict, but after my first try, I can't order anything but their rendition with mushrooms and green chile hollandaise. It's super-fantastic! \r

The service is casual, courteous and prompt...the atmosphere is cozy and very Santa Fe. If you're visiting the city, don't leave until you've been to the Guadalupe Cafe. (If you live here, prepare for a new addiction.)
