$2000 damage to my car & manager won't return my calls! DO NOT PARK THERE 6/11/2007

I have had the worst experience with Joe's Auto Parks. I often parked at the location next to my office building on Spring Street, between 4th & 5th streets. Two months ago, I discovered a huge dent on my front bumper ($2000 in damages). I filled out a claims form & submitted it to the attendant who was supposed to give me a copy, but insisted he couldn't read English & wanted to show it to his supervisor. When I called the management office asking for my copy of the claims form, the manager Jeff Lumer informed me that my claims form had been lost. It's been several months now and Jeff Lumer won't even return my calls. The lack of concern and consideration from Joe's Parking has been extremely disappointing. There are security cameras set-up in the lot, but I have no idea for what purpose. They obviously don't give a sh** about their patrons. Please avoid parking there if possible. Cons: Everything. It's all bad. more
