I do not know them personally, I only know thier service practice is to quickly charge and take the money and then make thier customer wait hours, sometimes days, for the part paid for. We watched as the man that needed to pull our part covered the entire yard twice, at about 2 miles perhour, stopped at one thing or another unrelated and then came back, after 40 minutes to say it could not be done today. So we went back the next day, asking them before we left if it would be pulled and ready by 3:30, and again, we got to watch teh part man go his route and still not come back with the part, the excuse was, ""had no one here to pull it"",but you MUST pay before they even go look for the part. I will never go there again. I do not reccomend them to anyone, they are rude and make it very clear they do not care if you come backl or not.
