I paid $45 to ship a package from this store Next Day Air to my parents for the holidays (yes, writing this review is a little late, but I am still so bothered by the situation that I am compelled to write about it). The package was several days late in arriving. I did not find this out until I returned home from some holiday travel. I went in to the store to find out what happened and to get my money back as the service I paid for was not provided. The store owner very rudely refused to give me my money back or offer anything to make good for my inconvenience. She held to a hard fast rule that no refunds would be made if they were 14 days after the ship date. This policy was printed NOWHERE on the receipts and tracking documents she had given me when the items were originally shipped. I was there on something ridiculous like day 17 (again, I had been traveling for the holidays) and she refused to budge. I will NEVER step foot into her establishment again. It's quite close to my house, but I would rather drive to the FedEx Kinko's two exits away than give this woman any more of my business. Shame on UPS for not valuing their customers enough to keep their franchise owners in line (of course, I called the corporate office!).
