Coming from Phoenix, people go to any ""Berto's"" in the city for cheap but tasty mexican food 24 hours a day. The Lake Havasu equivalent is no different. Humberto's serves some of the best mexican food to be had in LHC for a fair price. Salsas are nice and spicy (as they should be) and the service is fast. I plan to come here quite often while I am here.
