The service is absolutely terrible!! I have gone to this location a few times because I like the selection. However, the woman who owns this shop is incredibly RUDE! Each time I've gone there I have asked her a question about recalled pet foods or their coupon program and she always speaks to me in a very condescending way and with disrespect. She is also completely unhelpful. I even overhear her on the phone being rude to another customer who had called for a vet referral.\r

This last weekend was the final straw! She yelled at my 2 year old son for touching a fuzzy cat toy! WHICH I was purchasing anyway. Then she told me that ""she doesn't allow children in the store"". My son is very well behaved and I was standing over him at the time. She was completely out of line to yell at my child!!! I think this store doesn't want Lesbian and Gay people and families to come into the shop. It's quite clear to me that they have a policy of discrimination. I will never shop here again! There are plenty of other good, local and honest shops around.
