Knowing nothing about tea besides that I like it, I was a bit overwhelmed when asked to pick one out, but the gentleman behind the counter (owner?) looked at me and immediately summed up my tastes without even asking me. It was amazing as was his selection. He was so friendly as was the woman behind the counter-I think she was his mom. It's so refreshing to find a nice family business that still cares about customers.
