I recently had a very bad experience with BHP Water Supply. Basically what ever they want to bill you for you have to pay or else your water is cut off! BHP changed our water meter out for reasons that are unknown to us. After changing our meter we received a bill showing our water had run continually for nine days. Now if the water had been running for nine days we would have seen a flood on our property and even if we hadn't seen it we have neighbors on either side of us who are home all day. The running water mysterioulsy fixed its self because there was never any leak, run whatever you want to call it, to fix. We contacted BHP who advised us to stop the check we had already sent and attend the monthly board meeting to resolve our issue. Well we stopped the check which they then deposited and was returned because they told us to stop it?????? Then after attending their so called board meeting we were told that everyone has to bite the bullet once and again. I am outraged that they even suggested we attend this so called meeting because they stated at the meeting that they never make mistakes. Well, I guess that says it all either we pay the bill that make up or no water. Watch out for BHP Water and their meter because they never make mistakes. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
