I went into this shop hoping to have engraving done at a local business with a purchase from Tiffanys. When I questioned the available fonts the man serving me acted as if I had insulted him by having a customer opinion and wanting my engraved gift to be personalized. He then crumpled up the paper he had written down information on and said he wasn't going to do it and walked away from the counter. No provocation- simply a calm question regarding possible fonts that could go with the style of the piece- you'd think this would be a standard question for such a shop that would be met with understanding for a vision surrounding a personalized gift. Certainly one the rudest encounters I've had, especially with a small business owner undoubtedly relying on word of mouth. I would *not* recommend them. Horrible experience. Extremely rude staff.
