This is a review of the billing practice of Germbusters:\r
I would never reccommend a Doctor's office that has un-fair billing practices. I sought treatment over a year ago from Germbusters, and received 3 notices of an outstanding bill that I made every attempt to correct on my part. I had contacted my insurance company, and they stated that there was a problem with the billing from the doctor's office. I contacted Germbusters billing department to resolve the issue, and was told that my account would be put on hold. They billed the insurance company incorrectly and I should not be the one to pay for their mistake. Today I received a final notice and that my account would go to collections, I attempted to contact their billing department and no one was available to answer my call. In the letter it states that I have 10 days to send in a payment. The letter was sent on 5/31. The people that work for Germbusters are rude and unhelpful!
