The customer service at our recent visit to Tumble and Tea was terrible. I was actually reprimanded for my toddler's normal behavior by a staff member who felt it appropriate to roll her eyes at me! I would think that a place that advertises itself as ""welcoming"" to toddlers and their parents would be more friendly and reasonable. I will not be returning. If I want to be judged, I need not pay $6 for the experience! What a shame that such a fantastic and original idea for a cafe isn't being executed well by its staff.\r

The cheese on our grilled cheese wasn't at all melted, either, but you couldn't have paid me to complain about it to this staff. I will not waste my time or money at Tumble and Tea again.
