Went to the Pasadena location for my birthday in May 2007. From the time you enter, service is promt and everyone is polite. The restaurant is dim and romantic with great high back booths lining the walls and tables in the middle. Althought every table was full, it did not feel overcrowded or loud (Mastro's is extremly loud compared to this restaurant). Our waiter was wonderful and made some great recommendations, even bringing out wine samples to accompany our meal. I ordered the Kobe filet and it was amazing. Sides are generous and you can share them between 2-3 people. Martinis are delicious. For desert, my husband ordered their banana pie and i got creme brule. We both thought we had died and gone to heaven. Best steakhouse i've been to. Food is comparable to Mastro's, however, the atmosphere and experience is a thousand times better. Will go back again and again.
Pros: Amazing steak, great service, ample street parking
