We used KokoBo for a huge project outside our Brooklyn Home. They did and excellent job from the design to the execution. Once we approved the design, we thought about trying to do it ourself to save some money, but didn't see where we'd really have the time. Once we saw the final product, we realized we could've never pulled off the quality of the work their masons, carpenters, and gardeners had completed. It was worth the money and has considerably raised the value of our home to develop the space in the way their designers planned it out. We are able to entertain and relax outdoors almost all year round now, and we love it.
Pros: Designers, service, clarity of contracts, timeliness of project completion, warranty
Cons: A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
