These people will try to sell you anything. Other scuba shops I have been to will give you honest recommendations about what you do and don't need. Sea Sports Scuba, on the other hand, will try to ""upsell"" you their most expensive gear, and try to convince you you need to buy all these tangential products that are simply not necessary for scuba diving -- e.g., bags, lotions, boxes, etc. I would describe them as used car salesmen, but that would be an insult to used car salesmen.
Cons: Service. Honesty. Attitude toward customers.
