I recently bought a can of paint costing 9 bucks. At the same time I returned a tool worth about a dollar. They charged me $8 for the paint, after giving me $1credit for the tool (so I paid $9 total). The paint was the wrong sheen, so after trying a dab I brought it back to the store for a refund. The first problem: the receipt had the wrong kind of paint on it, and it said that the paint had been returned already (wrong, they swapped paint when I bought it but hadn't corrected the receipt). After 20 minutes of trying to make a refund, they offered me back $8. They said I had already received the refund for the tool so they wouldn't refund the whole $9. The manager also refused the rest of the refund. Pros: Paint is okay Cons: They are bad at math, paint is somewhat expensive more
