I bought a game here as a gift for a friend after checking with the clerk for their return policy. He gave me a credit card slip as the receipt. I removed the price tag to give it to my friend, who then told me that he already had it. So, I return to the store 2 days later. The sales clerk there at the time didn't know how to do returns, so the manager came over. I explain the reason for my return and he tells me that the receipt was not the one that I should have, even though that was all I'd been given by his staff. He reluctantly starts processing the return.
